Bettye Crabtree -Hill

Bettye Crabtree Hill passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026, at her daughter’s home with her daughter and grandsons by her side.

Bettye is survived by her daughter, Dawn Roberts and two grandsons, Michael Roberts and Matthew Roberts and their father Mike Roberts of Chattanooga, TN.

Bettye worked for several media outlets during her career in advertising such as Fox 102.3. WDOD and WDEF. She was very outgoing and never met a stranger. Bettye loved to travel. If you were ever her friend in need of help, she was always there. She had a beauty that was soul deep. Bettye was an avid Alabama fan “Roll Tide” 

Bettye was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.

Bettye’s Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 18th at 4:30pm with visitation beforehand at 3:30pm in the Barth Room at Grace Episcopal Church 20 Belvoir Ave. Chattanooga, TN. 37411
