Billy Joe Kilgore

Billy Joe Kilgore, aged 67, of Harrison, TN passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019, surrounded by his daughter and grandchildren after a short battle with cancer. Billy worked in the coal mines for many years. He loved many things especially spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Billy Joe was preceded in death by his second wife Nancy Kilgore; his parents, Jess and Gennie (Smith) Kilgore; brothers, Johnny, Jerry, Gary, and Wesley Kilgore.

Those left to cherish his memories are is only daughter Kristy (Tim) Frizzell; grandchildren, Katie (Chris) Kilgore, Joseph Masters; great grand-children, Emalyn Kilgore and Aiden Frizzell; sister, Gearldine Pyburn; Nancy's daughter, Tonya Sadler.

Family will receive friends 2PM-8PM, Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
Service will be 1PM, Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in the funeral home chapel.
