Elizabeth Carol Billingsley age 65 of Whitwell passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020. She owned and operated Advanced Skin Care. Carol was Church of God faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Lester & Lela Thacker; sister, Nina Patterson.
Those left to treasure her memories are her husband, Jimmy David Billingsley of Whitwell; daughter, Tonya ( Stephan) Hickey of Whitwell; sister, Timmie (Milford) Rheal of Whitwell; nephews, Chris Layne & Dylan Layne; nieces, Rhonda Ireland, Rebekah Patterson, Carrie Patterson, Sarah (Scotty) Cumby, Lela (Sly)Purdy; adopted grandchildren, Seth Cumby, Shadrick Cumby, Morgan Ireland, Erin Ireland, Cole Kilgore & Grace Patterson & Adam Wiggins.
Family will receive friends 3PM-8PM, CDT, Wednesday, October 7, 2020 & 11AM-2PM, CDT, Thursday, October 8, 2020
Funeral Service 2PM, CDT, Thursday, October 8, 2020 in the funeral home chapel with Brother Corey Blevins officiating. Interment to follow at Turkey Hill Cemetery in Whitwell.
