Donnie Glen Walker, age 68, of Wildwood, TN, passed away on July 1, 2025. He was born on August 9, 1956, to Mavis “Tiny” Moore Walker and the late Edward Glen Walker. Donnie graduated from Lookout Valley High School in 1974 and went on to serve his country in the United States Navy (USNR). On November 17, 1976, he married Dianne Hill Walker. Together they shared 39 wonderful years of marriage until her passing. After Dianne's passing, Donnie later married Tracie Morton Walker, who loved and cared for him until the end. A devoted man of faith, Donnie served as the leader of Slygo Valley Holiness Church for the past 19 years. His commitment to ministry and his heart for helping others shaped every aspect of his life. Donnie was also a passionate entrepreneur. He found great joy in network marketing and successfully built several businesses throughout his life. He proudly owned and operated A-1 Machine & Welding for 18 years, where he built lasting relationships and took great pride in his work. He loved staying active—especially playing racquetball—and approached each day with energy, kindness, and purpose. At the core of who he was stood unwavering integrity—Donnie always strived to do what was right and to treat others with compassion and respect. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Glen Walker; his first wife, Dianne Hill Walker; and his sister, Crystal Walker Adkins. He is survived by his mother, Mavis “Tiny” Moore Walker; his loving wife, Tracie Morton Walker; and his sons, Dallas (Kinzie) Walker and Dacota (Melody) Walker. Donnie was a proud and loving “Grandad” to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Jasmine (Cooper) McGarey and their children—Vivian, Kenny, Jasper, and Mila Jane—along with Dawson, Jayda, Chloe, and Sophie Walker. He is also survived by his brother, Dennis (Robin) Walker, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST. On Sunday, July 6, 2025, doors will open at 9:00 a.m., and funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. CST, with Bro. Elda Culpepper and Bro. Joe Eller officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens West. Pallbearers: Dawson Walker, Cooper McGarey, Kevin Culpepper, Christopher Adkins, Phillip Gawthrop, Orborn Lovern, Tony O’Donnell.
