Evan had one brother, David Brayden Thomas; grandparents, Christine Nelson Adair of Ootlewah, Thomas Ray(Jenny) Johnson, Jr. of Ringgold, Kenny & Tammy Summey of Chattanooga; great grandparents, Thomas Ray & Nancy Johnson, Sr. of Ringgold, David & Marie Winton of Chattanooga, Virginia Jo Nelson of Lafayette; foster great grandparents, Russ & Dee Grier of Rossville; aunts & uncles, Amber & Adam Harris, Brandon & Brooke Johnson, Kennady Thomason, T.J. Thomas, Olivia Johnson, Preston Johnson; cousins, Ashton Harris, Neveah & Nikolai Johnson.

The family will receive friends 11AM-1PM, CST, Friday, February 8, 2019 with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1PM, CST with Minister Jack James officiating. Interment to follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens on Hwy 153.
