Gary Richard Frame Sr. of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the age of 70. He was born on February 14, 1955, to Willard Lafayette and Bonnie Blevins Frame. He was married to the love of his life, Glenda, for 40 years. Gary was a dedicated employee that served with integrity and distinction as both a Superintendent and Vice president of operations for T.U. Parks for 45 years. He was a graduate of South Pittsburg High School and was on the 1969 South Pittsburg State Championship Team. Gary's impact on the construction industry and the countless lives he touched will be remembered.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Elaine Frame, his parents, Willard Lafayette and Bonnie Blevins Frame; Sister Deborah Shadrick, Brother David Frame.

He is survived by his daughter Lauren Frame (Jarrod Blanchard), and his son Gary Frame Jr. (Emily), Sister Wanda Talley (Larry), and his grandchildren Sawyer Frame and Abby Stephens, as well as many other extended family and friends.

The family will be having visitation on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 10:00-1:00 p.m. with the chapel service beginning at 1:00 with interment immediately to follow at New Hope Cemetery.
