James Cecil Westmoreland

James Cecil Westmoreland age 82 of Jasper, passed away, Thursday, November 25, 2021. He was a member of Wells Chapel United Methodist Church and retired from Velsicol Chemical. Cecil was preceded in death by his children, Lori-Ann Westmoreland & Tony Westmoreland; parents, John & Willie Lucille Westmoreland; brother, Hershel Westmoreland. If Cecil wasn’t at home watching the TN Vols, you could find him fishing or hunting.

Those left to treasure his memories are his wife of 58 years, Mary Ann Westmoreland; daughter, Celia D. Westmoreland; grandchildren, Michael (Angela) Westmoreland & Samantha (Ben) Robinson all of Jasper; great grandchildren, Arianna L. Robinson, Jace M. Westmoreland, Asher J. Westmoreland; step great grandson, Beckett Robinson; a host of family & friends.

Family will receive friends 4PM-8PM, CDT, Tuesday, Nov 30, 2021.

Funeral Service 1PM, Wednesday, Dec 1, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Joseph Manis officiating. Interment to follow at Anderson Cemetery.
