Jerry Daniel Payne age 84 of Jasper passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021. He was a United States Army Veteran, member of American Legion Hall and was also preceded in death by his parents, Ernest & Irene Payne; sister, Julie Norvell. Jerry worked several years at Paul’s Food Market in South Pittsburg and Big Daddy’s Fireworks.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Martha Godsey Payne of Jasper; children, Jerry Alan Payne of Jasper and Robert Daniel Payne of Nashville; sister, Jan (Dewey) Gilliam of South Pittsburg; granddaughter, Emily (Carlton) Payne Terry.

Graveside Service Thursday, May 20, 2021 3:30 PM CDT at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper with Rev. Roger Webb officiating. Military Honors provided by Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
