Linda Jean Steele,78, of Chattanooga, TN passed away on Monday, September 17,2024.
Linda was born on September 28,1945 to Walter and Carrie McCalla.
She was an impressive woman, balancing a dedicated career in bookkeeping while still finding time to serve her family as a devoted mother and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Dan Steele Jr., her parents Walter “Papa Bud” and Carrie Mae “Nanny Mae” McCalla and her four sisters.
Linda is survived by her son Jason, three nieces, one nephew, and numerous great nieces and nephews and her cousins.
