Melvin Terrill Newton age 74 of Jasper passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016. Terrill was retired from UPS and a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Marile Brandford Newton.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 49 years, Bonnie Rankin Newton; children, Keith (Beverly) Newton, Tim Newton and Jeff Newton; grandchildren, Tabitha Newton and Heather Newton both of Wisconsin and Benjamin Newton of Illinois; great grandchildren, Brianna, Vadia and Rider all of Wisconsin; aunt Phyllis (Herm) Bradford; uncle, Buzz (Jean) Bradford. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Amedysis Hospice particularly Sherie Baker, RN, Trinity Layne, RN, Susan Jointer, RN, and Wilma Billingsley, CNA; caregivers, Sheila Atterton and Simone Kilgore.

Memorial Service at 6pm, Monday, August 1, 2016 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Cecil Baxter.
