VanAllman, Milton   Milton Eugene VanAllman age 81 of South Pittsburg passed away Monday, March 15, 2021. He was a member of South Pittsburg Church of God and Fire Chief for South Pittsburg Mountain Fire Department for over seventeen years. Milton served in the United States Air Force, Retired Minister and he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sue Dawson VanAllman; father, James “Buster” VanAllman, mother, Margaret VanAllman; daughter, Delores Bowers, sisters, Dorothy Nunley & Eddie Mae Lynch; brother, Wallace VanAllman.

 

Those left to treasure his memories are his children, Sheryle Barber of Oak Ridge, Andy VanAllman of South Pittsburg, Margaret VanAllman of Oak Ridge, Suzanne Adams of Jasper & Bryan VanAllman; siblings, Pauline Mathews of South Pittsburg, Sarah Reed of Kimball, Jerry “Phillip” VanAllman South Pittsburg; numerous grandchildren & several great grandchildren.

 

Family will receive friends 4PM-8PM, CDT, March 16, 2021 and 2PM-8PM, CDT, March 17, 2021 at Jasper Memorial Funeral Home.

 

Funeral Service 2PM, CDT, Thursday, March 18, 2021 at South Pittsburg Church of God with Rev. Al Sims, Bishop David Swanner & Rev. Glenn Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at Orme Mountain Cemetery.
