Norma Ruth Janeway Taylor

August 18, 1945, ~ March 19, 2023

Norma Ruth Taylor, 77 of Lookout valley, TN passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday March 19th, 2023, surrounded by her family.

She was born August 18th, 1945, to Maybelle and Alton Nathaniel Janeway, Sr in Chattanooga Tn She graduated from Central High School .She retired from Unum Chattanooga in 2007 where she was a legal secretary.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years Kenneth Taylor, daughter Jennifer (David)

Sheets. Of Dawson AL. Grandchildren Ashley (Chris) Holland, Taylor (Jennifer) Floyd and Cheyenne

Bedell all of Chattanooga, Great grandchildren Hunter, (Rumor White), Hadley (Austin Smith), Madison,

Rylee, Gage, Hannah, Kayson Holland, Allyson Floyd, Olivia Posey, Braxton and Jaxon Bedell, Sister Joyce Allen from Atlanta, brother Alton (Coleen)

Janeway Jr of Jamestown, Tn. Wanda Janeway of Chattanooga several nieces' nephews and other

family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Maybelle White Janeway, and Alton, Nathaniel Janeway, Sr, her brothers, Carlton Janeway of Johnson City, Tennessee and Arnold Janeway of Chattanooga, sister Wanda Smith and Geraldine Foulks of Chattanooga.
