Ruby Mae Scoggins age 92 of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Scoggins; parents, William & Alice Blevins; sons, Randy Scoggins and Chris Scoggins; siblings, Vertice McSpadden, Chester Blevins, Vester Blevins and Corbett Blevins.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Jeannie (Ralph) Everett of Hixson, Cynthia ( Constantine) Kaisharis of Atlanta; grandchildren, Amy (Dewayne) Rose, Regina Niznick, Alan Everett, Christopher M. Kaisharis, Rachel ( Robert) Gresham, Christina (Richard) Mussared; great grandchildren, Jillian (Will) Colomy, Shawn Niznick, David Rose, Lexy Niznick, Adam Mussared, Charity Mussared, Issac Mussared, Grace Mussared, Blake Swanson, Brian Swanson, Abigail Mussared; nieces, Virginia Fowler, Murlene Sims and Susan Leamon; nephews, Lynn Stephenson, Phil Scoggins and Greg Scoggins.

Graveside Service 11AM, EST, Monday, April 1, 2019 at The Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Gene Butler officiating.
