Ruth Russell Billingsley age 78 of Jasper, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022. Ruth was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Billingsley; parents, Houston & Mary Belle Russell.

Those left to treasure her memories are her daughter, Mary (Tom) Smith of Jasper; siblings, Lilly (Colton) Kilgore of Whitwell & Marsha (Kevin) Synder of Dunlap; grandchildren, W. Kyle Smith & Holly Smith; great grandchildren, Colton Hatfield, Emily Foster & W. Alex Smith.

Family will receive friends 12PM-4PM, Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Funeral Service 4PM, Thursday, April 14, 2022 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Cecil Baxter officiating.

Interment to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Jasper.
