Sammy Lee Perry age 67 of South Pittsburg passed away Thursday,June 9, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents,
Andy & Mary Elizabeth Perry; brothers, Charles Ray Perry, Sr., Jerry Perry.

Those left to cherish his memories are his spouse of fifteen years,
Karen Chance Perry of South Pittsburg; son, Damon A. (Judith) Tate of Whitwell; brother, Donald Perry of Whitwell; grandchildren, Jayden McCurry, Hunter, Kree, Hemi Tate, Tyler Young; nephew, Charles (Bobbie) Perry of Jasper; great niece, Alyssa Perry; great nephew, William "Andy" Perry.

Family will receive friends 12PM-8PM, Saturday, June 11, 2016.
