Anna Carol Howe, age 82, of Sequatchie, Tennessee, was born to Charles and Frances Britton on November 5,1943, in Palmer, Tennessee, and passed away on December 29, 2025.

Anna, also known as Wiese by her loved ones, was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, kind heart, and the love she shared with her family. Her presence brought comfort to those around her, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by her two sons, Eddie Bell and Russell Bell; her two grandsons, Justin (Sarah) Bell and Louis Bell; two great grandsons, Jaxon and Grayson Bell; her sisters, Glenda Harrison and Joy Shrum; and her brother, Charles Britton Jr and her best friend Diane York.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Howe;  parents, Charles and Frances Britton; her sisters, June Nolan and Judy Ann Britton; and her brother, Tony Britton. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 5, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Jasper Memorial Funeral Home, 150 Cornerstone Drive, Jasper, Tennessee 37347.

Anna’s life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
